Faculty Data Summarized from the 2024 OU Engage Survey

NEW PROJECT: Health Sciences data summaries from all 698 faculty respondents to the 2024 OU Engage Survey will be shared here.

The Gallup organization has shared the summary data from each college with the Health Sciences Deans and Provost. Our working group was invited to sort and share the data with community colleagues (e.g. OU Health Sciences faculty) along with information and insights emerging from the global data for OU Health Sciences.

We do not, and will not, have access that violates any of the Gallup confidentiality standards*  We are following the guidance Gallup provides and have access to the resources they offer organizations participating in their data collection and industry benchmarking work. The Health Sciences data roll-up provides a helpful point-in-time snapshot. At the Provost's invitation, we are compiling the data and sharing it with faculty, along with insights from the research that anchors the "Gallup Q12" (12-question survey).

Note: Gallup provides no data for any survey question with fewer than four respondents from a single department or unit.

Watch for the QR Codes on the digital signs in your building. Follow the data. Talk with our faculty champions. Join the conversation!
