The Faculty Activity System (FAS) is the University of Oklahoma Health Campus’s centralized platform for documenting faculty teaching, scholarship, clinical activities, and service. FAS supports annual reviews, promotion and tenure processes, accreditation reporting, and institutional planning.
How it Works

Who Uses FAS
FAS is used by full‑time and part‑time faculty across all OU Health Campus colleges of Allied Health, Dentistry, Nursing, Phramcy, Public Health, and some Graduate College programs. Specific expectations for entry and reporting may vary by college or department.
FAS is separate from Activity Insight, the system used by the College of Medicine.
