Who should attend? This 3-session mentoring series is designed for new or seasoned mentors who are engaging with trainees or early career faculty peers as a mention. Topics cover six core competencies for effective mentoring.
What will you learn? Participants learn through case examples and group discussion using evidence based mentoring competencies. After successful completion of the 3-session mentoring series, participants are nominated for induction into the Educators for Excellence Community of Practice and become eligible for other institutional and OSCTR | PDC mentor acknowledgment.
