OU Health Sciences is providing mentor workshops for faculty to learn how to be effective mentors. The workshops provide an opportunity to understand and discuss six competency skills of effective mentors. This session will focus on:
Maintaining Effective Communication (MEC) and Aligning Expectations (AE)

Learning Objectives:
- Identify strategies for fostering open, bidirectional communication that supports psychological safety and productive mentor–mentee engagement.
