Purpose:
This workshop is designed to equip health professions and biomedical sciences faculty with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the university's new strategic framework and reporting requirements. The workshop will guide faculty through the process of identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and setting objectives and key results (OKRs) that reflect their contribution to the five strategic pillars.
Learning Objectives:
- Effectively measure and assess progress through self-reflection and peer feedback
- Report achievements using the digital Faculty Activity System
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to align their individual activities with the OU Health Sciences five strategic pillars:
- increasing research and scholarship impact
- expanding the workforce
- addressing health care disparities
- fostering belonging and opportunity
- enhancing commercialization efforts
