Along with co-worker staff, 698 faculty members answered questions about their experiences, together offering their department chair (manager) and college dean fresh insights into the health campus as a place to work. Now, thanks to Provost Raskob, the Health Campus Deans' Council, and OU Human Resources (as well as Gallup, of course), we have access to the faculty data summary subset. And the data from 698 respondents offers OU Health Campus leaders and faculty colleagues a faculty-specific perspective to learn from as we look ahead. What's working for engagement?
