Women faculty have fantastic potential to be excellent mentors. Mentors serve as developmental guides and can be especially helpful at specific stages of career development.
How do you get started on a path to achieve your fullest potential as a mentor or as a mentee?
Explore your opportunities at the OU Health Sciences Center:
Micro-Group Speed Mentoring events give participating mentees and mentor(s) an opportunity to put burning questions on the table for mentors to offer tips, tactics, and advice within a micro-community of colleagues who share a common interest. Follow-up among group members is encouraged for on-going peer mentoring or more structured engagement with an HSC mentor through the Oklahoma Center for Mentoring Excellence (OCME) at OUHSC.
